Who we are

VectorPlus was founded by Leena Joshi, who spent over 30 years in product management, product marketing, operations and executive leadership before starting her first venture, Closefactor. Building that company from the ground up gave her a first-hand view of a problem most SMEs face: Business advice that's generic, disconnected from real business constraints, and rarely built to execute.

That experience became the foundation for VectorPlus. Leena started it to give small and growing businesses what she wished she'd had — go-to market strategy, positioning, and growth advice grounded in decades of real-world experience, not templates or theory.

Today, VectorPlus offers three core services, with more being added as we learn what SMEs need most to grow. Every service we build starts the same way: solving a real gap founders and small teams actually face.
